Sioux Lookout Airport is a hub for a lot more than local travel — it's a regular stop for people connecting to and from communities across Northern Ontario. If that's you, and your phone, tablet, or laptop needs fixing, you don't need to build a shop visit into your itinerary.
You don't need to leave the airport to get your device repaired — we'll come to you.
Here's how it works: you let us know you're coming through on the booking form and pick "Airport Pickup & Drop-off," we meet you at the airport in person to collect your device, and we get to work. Depending on the repair and your layover or return timing, we'll either have it ready before you fly out or arrange to get it back to you another way.
Not the same as cargo shipping
It's worth knowing the difference between this and our other Northern Ontario option: Airport Pickup & Drop-off is for when you're personally travelling through Sioux Lookout. If you're in a remote fly-in community and want to send your device without travelling yourself, that's Fly-in Cargo Shipping — a separate service where the device ships as air freight and we pick it up at the cargo area.
